Founded 1985. Today, hardison/downey enjoys an average annual volume of more than $100 million.
Class A Office, back office, retail, banking, restaurant, resort, student housing, multi-family, manufacturing, high-tech, medical, laboratory, and industrial distribution. Since our inception, we've operated both "Shell" and "Renovation and Tenant Improvement" divisions, and in recent years we’ve had huge success in our “Community Housing” division. And each division has earned recognition for excellence.
We complete projects on a team build or design/build basis under a negotiated contract. Many of these jobs are "fast-track" and technically complex.
Exceptionally horizontal, with a high ratio of senior people in the Project Manager and Field Superintendent positions. This helps us communicate closely with our clients at every project phase. It also enables us to act rapidly and decisively when appropriate.
