Our Past and Present
Founded 1985. Today, the hardison/downey team is over 70 members strong, with an average annual volume of more than $90 million.

Our Expertise
Class A Office, back office, retail, banking, restaurant, resort, multi-family, manufacturing, high-tech, medical, laboratory, and industrial distribution. Since our inception, we've operated both "Shell" and "Renovation and Tenant Improvement" divisions. And each division has earned recognition for excellence.

Our Work
We complete projects on a team build or design/build basis under a negotiated contract. Many of these jobs are "fast-track" and technically complex.

Our Structure
Exceptionally horizontal, with a high ratio of senior people in the Project Manager and Field Superintendent positions. This helps us communicate closely with our clients at every project phase. It also enables us to act rapidly and decisively when appropriate.
