Demolition and removal of approximately 20,500 s.f. of existing building. Renovation of 186,000 s.f. includes new roof, HVAC, electrical and telecommunications systems and fire sprinkler system. Pavement reconstruction, addition of new ADA ramps, new storefront, overhead doors and cleaing and touch-up of precast tees and exterior of buildings.
