A signature building for the Deer Valley community. This 25,000 s.f. new shell building will feature sustainable architecture with an environmentally sensitive design with possible LEED® EB Certification. Project includes wireless and digital technologies, a computer lab, community meeting room and teen center, audio/visual systems and security systems. Planned energy applications include “green building/heat island mitigation” construction and a web-based energy management system.
