A collection of two-, three- and four-story buildings comprise the 342 apartments designed for this property. The project features an internal private street, onto which many of the buildings face. The street features parallel parking on both sides, sidewalks, tree lawns and walk-up entries into many of the units. Two distinct amenity areas are located within the project: one near the focal leasing center, at the entry to the site, and the other within the enclosing arms of the large four-story building at the project’s center. A central pedestrian circulation path leads residents through the site to the adjacent retail shops, where a special outdoor plaza accentuates the entry point.
