Hermosa Inn Remodel

Demolition of two existing buildings and construction of two new wood frame buildings with stucco finish to match the existing buildings at the site. Building B has meeting rooms with wood flooring at grade level and a masonry wine cellar with stone flooring and stone veneer on the walls. Building F is used by Sales/Housekeeping/Maintenance. The project also includes site modifications at the courtyard and some kitchen remodel. This is the second renovation project completed by hardison/downey at the Hermosa Inn.
