Tenant improvement of a Class A office space at CityScape in downtown Phoenix, which is Alliance Bank of Arizona’s western regional headquarters. The project, which takes up the entire 14th floor of this high rise, includes open office space, executive office, boardrooms, breakrooms and reception area.
