Arizona Tile - Tempe

This tilt construction building houses Arizona Tile's Southwest Regional Corporate offices and includes 14,000 s.f. of office space, an 8,000 s.f. customer showroom, 28,000 s.f. slab warehouse and 46,000 s.f. tile warehouse. The warehouses offer a 28' clear height, below grade double truckwell, and a heavily reinforced 10" thick concrete slab floor. Four overhead cranes - two carry up to three tons each and two carry up to five tons each - are interlocked to transport products throughout the slab warehouse. Operating 24-hours a day, this facility features 16 dock doors, steel deck and joists, a data room with a fire suppression system, extensive landscaping and 40' high feature walls clad with granite.
