Tenant improvement of a call/training center. The majority of the space has an open ceiling design - the trusses, electrical conduit and HVAC spiral duct are all exposed and painted. Three soffits were built in to break up the open ceiling and also double as data cable trays to conceal the majority of the data cable wiring to the equipment room. Included two 225 KVA UPS backup systems and a 1,000 KVA backup generator with an enclosure. There are seven huddle rooms for impromptu meetings that are built from storefront material and stand alone without a ceiling. The large training room has three divisible walls that allow for four smaller rooms. Also included are two restroom cores, a break room and two island coffee stations located at opposite ends of the building. The equipment room with a 12" high, 2x2'concrete tile floor rounds out the call/training center.
